The Litzenberger custom home in Kutztown, Pennsylvania consists of 2,240 sq. ft. of living space. This family brought us their home plans that they wanted built on their land, surrounded by farmland and woods. This Berks County home consists of four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.

The home has a covered front porch with stone. Inside the house, the dining room looks towards the foyer and has luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout and nine-foot-high first floor walls. The lighting fixtures were supplied by the homeowner to give a personal touch.

The great room and breakfast nook have an open concept, yet are separated just enough to define the spaces. The breakfast nook overlooks the kitchen, the pantry, and the large patio outside.

The custom-designed kitchen has plenty of countertop space, perfect for cooking and baking. The granite countertops have overhangs to allow the children of the house to sit and help their family in the kitchen. There is a subway tile backsplash behind the gas range stove and the sink. The window above the sink provides a beautiful view of the property.

We customized the master suite with a walk-in closet, complete with wire shelving. The master bath has a custom-designed tile shower and vanity with cultured granite countertops.
