The Chassard Custom home is an open-concept modern farmhouse in New Tripoli, PA. This home was custom-built for a Lehigh County family that had a vision of their dream home having a large open space to gather with their large, blended family, inside and out.

The home consists of five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a half bathroom. This 3,535 square foot custom-built farmhouse features industrial accents that add modern character to the rustic charm. Key elements of this home include a two-story great room with faux beams and a wood-burning fireplace, an all-in-one refrigerator and freezer, a first-floor master suite, and a dog washing station in the mudroom.

Modern Rustic Design Features

The beautiful kitchen includes an oversized island with an apron front sink, quartz countertops, and an all-in-one refrigerator and freezer. This kitchen was tailored to have the capacity to cook large family meals.

The great room draws your attention as the heart of the home with faux beams and a wood-burning fireplace running two stories high. Double doors lead you into a first-floor master suite with a wood-stained barn door on the master closet. Inside the master suite, a gas fireplace and faux wood beams create an atmosphere of warmth and ambiance. The master bathroom includes a Whirlpool freestanding tub, tiled shower walls, and floor with a vertically elongated niche, while the master closet includes a custom adjustable shelving system with a sliding barn door.

Oak treads with painted riser stairs and a cable wire railing lead you to two additional bedrooms, a full bath and a loft overlooking the great room. The home’s industrial farmhouse style continues into the garage, which includes a Cupula with a rooster weathervane on display.
