Our History
Building outstanding homes is not just a job; it’s a part of who Angelo Corrado is as a person. It’s in his blood. Angelo’s father was a stone mason in Italy and moved his family to America when Angelo was 12-years old. While growing up, Angelo was at his father’s side, learning from the ground up how to build a home, and how to do it right. Angelo continued in construction when he began a full-time job with Danken Remodeling Company of Lansdale, PA.
Having a passion for excellence and a desire to start his own home construction business, Angelo ventured out on his own in 1996 in a six by eight foot office in his Kutztown home. Since then Angelo Corrado Homes has experienced phenomenal growth, while remaining dedicated to the highest standards in quality and value. The office moved in 2003 to its current location at 965 Park Road, Blandon, PA.
Angelo’s team includes dedicated field supervisors, friendly and knowledgeable customer service representatives and a capable management team. His management team has helped the company evolve into a highly regarded company, with an unparalleled reputation for excellence in design, quality workmanship and superior customer satisfaction.

Peace of Mind: Our Warranty and Service
We would like to say that nothing ever goes wrong and that you will never need to worry about warranty coverage. But we are committed to honesty. Always. And the truth is that every home, no matter how skillfully built, will experience some kind of warranty issue, even if it’s just from normal settlement. Angelo Corrado Homes stands behind the quality of every home we build, including YOUR home. Our comprehensive premium warranty gives you the peace of mind you deserve.
Our first service period begins as soon as your new home is ready for you to inspect. Right before closing, our representative will go with you room by room to be sure your home has been completed as contracted. This inspection gives you an opportunity to note items that require attention and allows us the time to explain the mechanical aspects of your new home – such as your new heating and cooling systems, appliances and smoke detectors. We also will use this inspection time to give you helpful maintenance tips, answer questions about manufacturer warranties and anything else Angelo Corrado Homes can do to help you feel comfortable and confident in your new home.
As part of your experience with Angelo Corrado Homes, you will be provided a complete Homebuyer’s Guide, giving you details about our Warranty and Service programs and key information about the building process. In addition, our staff will guide you through the entire building progression, from selecting the site where you want your new home constructed through your pre-settlement inspection.
Custom Homes
You don’t have a cookie cutter life and neither are the homes built by Angelo Corrado Homes. We are so committed to creating homes that truly reflect the personality and lifestyle of each of our clients, that Angelo Corrado Homes has added a custom homes division. This puts you in control of the design and layout of your new home. You don’t have to be a professional home plan designer, though. The experts on our team can take something as vague as your sketch on a napkin and turn it into your dream home. We are flexible, too! If your dream home will fit on the lot you have chosen, Angelo Corrado Homes wants to build it for you.
We start from the ground up with two basic options. Your home can be on a scattered site – a lot outside of one of our communities – or you can build on a lot that is within one of our communities. Other options can be discussed as we move forward in making your vision a reality.
Give us a call or email today to set up an appointment to speak with Angelo Corrado himself. Tell us your ideas; share with us your dreams; and allow Angelo Corrado Homes to make it all happen right before your eyes.
